Quiescent current maxes at 2 µA — the gate's own consumption is negligible in a battery-powered or always-on subsystem. Input logic thresholds are specified across the supply range: low level from 0.9 V to 1.65 V, high level from 2.1 V to 3.85 V at 5 V VCC. This gives clean noise margin when interfacing with 3.3 V microcontrollers or 5 V legacy logic.
