Octal transparent latch for 5 V bus holding
The Texas Instruments SN74ABT573ADWR is an octal D-type transparent latch from the 74ABT family, packing eight latches into a 20-SOIC package with tri-state outputs. It holds bus data while the latch-enable (LE) is low; when LE is high, the outputs follow the inputs transparently. The output-enable (OE) bar puts all eight outputs into high-impedance when driven high, allowing multiple devices to share the same bus without contention.
