Each of the two drivers can push 400 Mbps, so a single SN65LVDS9638D can serialize two independent data streams or a single channel with double the throughput if you parallel the outputs. At 400 Mbps the rise/fall times are fast enough that PCB trace length matching and termination matter — keep the differential impedance around 100 Ω and place the termination resistor at the far end of the pair.
