At 630 Mbps, the output transition time is fast enough that the PCB trace must be treated as a transmission line — the one-way propagation delay on a 10 cm FR4 trace is roughly 0.7 ns, so the driver's edge rate will see reflections unless the trace impedance is controlled to 100 Ω differential. The four drivers share a common supply and ground, so the per-channel power dissipation at 630 Mbps with a 100 Ω load is about 50 mW per driver (Vod ≈ 350 mV, Iod ≈ 3.5 mA). For a 4-lane link, the total supply current at full rate stays under the 3.6 V rail's capability — typical Icc is 25 mA per driver, so a 200 mA supply rail handles all four channels plus margin.
