The Texas Instruments SN65LVDS387DGG is a 16-channel LVDS line driver in the 65LVDS family, packing sixteen differential driver outputs into a single 64-TSSOP package. Each of the 16 LVDS outputs is rated for 630 Mbps, which translates to a 315 MHz fundamental frequency. At this speed the differential swing is typically 350 mV into a 100 Ω termination, so controlled-impedance routing (100 Ω differential) and matched trace lengths matter more than at lower rates.
The 64-TSSOP footprint is shared with other 65LVDS family members, so a layout can accommodate multiple density options on the same board.
