Quad LVDS receiver for backplane and cable interconnect
Each channel handles data rates up to 560 Mbps, and the 50 mV of input hysteresis provides clean switching on long or noisy interconnects.
The 560 Mbps per-channel data rate is the raw bit-stream limit. In a real backplane or cable run, the usable rate depends on the trace length, dielectric losses, and connector quality — but this receiver's input sensitivity and hysteresis budget keep the eye open at that rate over a few meters of CAT5e or a short backplane trace. The 50 mV hysteresis is built into the differential comparator, so a single-ended noise spike on one line won't cause chatter at the output.
