Quad LVDS receiver for balanced-line data links
The Texas Instruments SN65LVDS33PW is a quad-channel LVDS receiver in the 65LVDS family, designed for point-to-point and multidrop data links where noise immunity and signal integrity over twisted-pair or PCB traces matter. It accepts differential signals at rates up to 400 Mbps per channel and provides a single-ended LVTTL/LVCMOS output to the logic core. The 50 mV of receiver hysteresis cleans up marginal inputs and prevents output chatter on slowly transitioning edges.
Supply and temperature range — industrial fit
No extended-temperature or automotive-grade variant is listed for this order code, so keep it inside the enclosure.
No exposed thermal pad — junction-to-ambient thermal performance relies on copper pour and via stitching under the package.
Lifecycle status — no LTB pressure
That said, if the design is new, it is worth checking whether TI has migrated the function to a smaller or lower-power process — the 65LVDS33 has been around long enough that a die shrink could appear without a form-fit-function change.
