Quad LVDS driver for high-speed serial links
The 16-SOIC package keeps the board footprint compact, and the industrial temperature range covers the typical factory-floor or outdoor telecom cabinet without derating.
At 400 Mbps each channel can serialize a 100 MHz pixel clock with DDR data or carry a 200 MHz SDR stream. The LVDS signalling keeps the voltage swing around 350 mV differential, so the driver doesn't need a separate terminator on short PCB traces — the 100 Ω differential pair at the receiver end is enough. If the cable run exceeds a few metres, the 400 Mbps rate still holds with good-quality twisted-pair and the right termination; beyond that distance you start trading speed for reach.
ROHS3 compliance is confirmed, so it clears the current EU and global material restrictions without an exemption.
