Single LVDS driver for point-to-point serial links
At 630 Mbps, the driver can serialize a 24-bit parallel bus at 26.25 MHz or a 10-bit bus at 63 MHz, which is typical for LVDS display interfaces or high-speed sensor readout. The differential swing is small (typically 350 mV), so signal integrity depends on controlled-impedance traces (100 Ω differential) and short stub lengths. At this speed, the driver's output rise/fall time is fast enough that PCB layout — not the driver — often becomes the bottleneck.
The 2.4V to 3.6V supply range allows operation from a 3.3V rail with margin for droop, or from a 2.5V rail in lower-power designs. No derating is needed across the full temperature range for the rated data rate.
The SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753) is a 5-pin small-outline transistor package with a 0.95 mm pitch. The land pattern is standard for SOT-23-5; no thermal pad is needed because the driver dissipates well under 100 mW.
