At 150 Mbps the differential output swing is typically 350 mV into a 100 Ω termination, which is the LVDS standard. The 14-TSSOP footprint (4.40 mm width) is a common layout for point-to-point LVDS; place the termination resistor as close to the receiver input as possible to minimize stub reflections.
