What the 660 Mbps data rate means for your link
This serializer takes 10 parallel LVTTL inputs and serializes them into a single LVDS output at up to 660 Mbps — that is 66 MHz per channel at 10:1, so the serial line runs at 10× the parallel clock rate. The LVDS output keeps the cable or PCB trace count low and the signal integrity high over a few metres of twisted-pair or differential stripline.
Package and board-fit — 32-VFQFN with exposed pad
Supply range is 3V to 3.6V, so a single 3.3V rail powers the whole thing — no extra regulator needed.
