The SN65HVD267DR is a half-duplex CAN transceiver with a 4.5 V~5.5 V supply and data rate up to 2 Mbps. With a receiver hysteresis of 125 mV, the part provides built-in noise rejection on the bus lines, reducing the risk of false bit detection on long or electrically noisy harnesses. The 2 Mbps data rate covers classic CAN (up to 1 Mbps) and leaves headroom for higher-speed CAN FD implementations that stay within the 2 Mbps limit.
