CANbus transceiver for 3.3 V networks
It supports the standard CAN 2.0 data rate of 1 Mbps, with a receiver hysteresis of 100 mV for noise immunity on the bus. The single driver and single receiver pair (1/1) serve one CAN node per device.
Supply rail and signal levels
It is not 5 V-tolerant on the bus pins — if the rest of the CAN network runs at 5 V, a level-shifter or a 5 V-tolerant transceiver is needed. The supply range matches typical 3.3 V microcontroller rails directly.
Temperature grade and automotive qualification
The Q in the order code indicates automotive-grade qualification (AEC-Q100), so it is suited for ECU, powertrain, and chassis-domain CAN buses where extended temperature and reliability screening are required.
