CANbus transceiver for 3.3 V networks
It provides a single differential driver and receiver pair with 100 mV of receiver hysteresis for noise immunity on the bus.
3.3 V supply — not a 5 V part
If your bus is 5 V, you need a level translator or a different transceiver. The 1 Mbps data rate matches standard CAN 2.0 high-speed timing, so it drops into existing CAN bus designs running at that bit rate without retiming the network.
For BOM resilience, the base product number 65HVD231 covers the wider family, so if you need a different package or tape-and-reel variant, the same silicon is available across the series.
