660 Mbps LVDS deserializer for serial backplane and video links
The National Semiconductor SCAN921260UJB is a single-channel LVDS deserializer that converts a 660 Mbps serial stream into a 10-bit parallel LVCMOS or LVTTL bus. It is designed for high-speed point-to-point links where a differential pair replaces a wide parallel bus — common in video displays, camera modules, and telecom line cards. The single LVDS input and ten parallel outputs give a 1:10 deserialization ratio, so the serial line runs at ten times the parallel word rate.
Sourcing and availability
For volume requirements or scheduled releases, a blanket-order agreement can lock allocation. The active lifecycle means no supply discontinuity from obsolescence — the risk is standard market lead-time fluctuation, not a factory phase-out.
