Fixed 3.3V rail for noise-sensitive analog loads
The REG102NA-3.3/250 is a fixed 3.3 V output LDO from Texas Instruments, delivering up to 250 mA continuous current from a 10 V maximum input rail. Its 65 dB PSRR at 120 Hz makes it a candidate for powering analog front-ends, data converters, or sensor bias circuits where the upstream supply carries 100/120 Hz ripple from a rectifier or switching pre-regulator.
Dropout, quiescent current, and protection
Quiescent current is 500 µA typical, rising to 800 µA maximum supply current — low enough for always-on blocks in battery-operated instruments, but not a nanopower LDO for microamp standby rails. Integrated over-current and over-temperature protection allow the part to survive output shorts or thermal overload without an external current-limit resistor or PTC fuse. An Enable pin (active-high logic) lets the system shut down the regulator for power sequencing or sleep modes.
The part is offered in the SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A case code), a 5-lead surface-mount footprint on 0.95 mm pitch.
RoHS3 compliant per the manufacturer's declaration. Sourced through independent distribution; current pricing and lead time confirmed at RFQ against your line-item quantity.
