Precision 4.096V reference for ADC/DAC bias and instrumentation
For a 16-bit ADC with a 4.096 V reference, that noise contributes roughly 0.2 LSB peak-to-peak — clean enough that the ADC's own noise dominates the budget. The 3 ppm/°C drift means the output shifts about 12 µV per 10°C change; in a temperature-controlled lab that is negligible, but in an outdoor enclosure the drift adds up to about 0.5 LSB over a 50°C swing.
Package and supply range for board integration
Input voltage range is 4.296 V to 18 V. Quiescent supply current is 1.2 mA, and the output can source or sink up to 10 mA.
