The 3 µVp-p noise from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz means this reference does not add measurable jitter to a 16-bit converter's LSB — the noise floor sits well below the quantization step for most precision measurement applications.
Input headroom and output drive
Input voltage range is 3.2 V to 18 V, giving 200 mV minimum dropout above the 3 V output — enough margin for a 3.3 V rail but tight if the rail sags under load; a 5 V or 12 V supply is safer for full accuracy. The reference sources up to 10 mA output current while drawing 1.2 mA quiescent supply current — the 8.8 mA net available to the load is sufficient for a single ADC reference input or a small resistive divider string, but not for driving multiple converter reference pins or a long cable.
