2.5 V precision reference with 3 µVp-p noise floor
The Texas Instruments REF5025IDR is a 2.5 V series voltage reference in an 8-SOIC package. Its 3 µVp-p low-frequency noise (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and 3 ppm/°C temperature drift make it a fit for precision ADC and DAC reference circuits where the noise floor directly limits system resolution.
The ±0.05% initial tolerance sets the uncalibrated error budget. The 10 mA output current drives multiple ADC reference inputs or a small buffer stage.
