2.5 V precision reference for ADC/DAC chains
The 3 µVp-p low-frequency noise (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) keeps the noise floor low enough that a 16-bit ADC with a 2.5 V reference input sees less than 1 LSB of reference-induced noise — the reference is not the resolution limiter in that chain.
Input range and output drive
Output current is rated at 10 mA — enough to bias an ADC reference input and a small resistive divider, but not intended to power external loads. The 1.2 mA quiescent supply current is low enough that the reference does not dominate the power budget in a battery-powered instrument.
