The REF5020AID accepts an input voltage from 2.7V to 18V and can source up to 10 mA of output current while drawing only 1.2 mA of quiescent supply current. As a series reference, it does not require an external resistor to set the output voltage — the 2.048V rail is fixed and ready for direct connection to an ADC reference input or analog supply rail.
The initial output voltage tolerance is ±0.1%.
Output noise is 3 µVp-p over the 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz bandwidth.
