For a 10 V output that works out to 30 µV/°C of drift — tight enough that a 16-bit ADC with a 10 V reference sees less than 0.2 LSB of error from temperature alone across the industrial span. The series topology keeps the supply current at 1.2 mA, so self-heating does not add a significant drift component.

Package and supply — the board-level fit
The output is rated for 10 mA continuous — enough to bias a single precision ADC reference input or a small resistive divider string. The fixed output means no external resistor divider is needed; the 10 V rail is present at power-up once the input exceeds the dropout.
