10V reference for precision analog rails
That means the output shifts less than 30 ppm over a 100°C swing — tight enough to keep a 16-bit ADC's reference error below 1 LSB. Input voltage range is 10.2V to 18V, giving you about 200 mV of headroom above the output. Supply current is 1.2 mA typical, and the output can source or sink 10 mA — enough to drive the reference input of multiple converters without an external buffer.
Active production, no obsolescence worry
No last-time-buy notices, no end-of-life risk.
8-SOIC footprint, tube delivery
It ships in a tube — fine for prototype runs or low-volume production; if you need reels for high-volume pick-and-place, check the alternate ordering options under the base product number REF5010.
