Noise and input range — what the 30 µVpp/V rating actually means
For the 10 V output, that works out to 300 µVpp of low-frequency flicker noise. In a precision measurement chain this sets the noise floor below which signal averaging won't help — the reference itself is the limit. The input voltage range is 10.2 V to 18 V.
Output drive and package — sizing the load budget
Rated for 10 mA output current. That's enough to drive a single ADC reference input or a small resistive divider, but not multiple converter channels in parallel. If the load exceeds 10 mA the output drops out of regulation — the 10 mA ceiling is the hard limit, not a typical value.
Lifecycle — no obsolescence risk on this BOM line
For a precision reference that often stays in production for a decade or more, this means the BOM line can be committed without a near-term requalification risk.
