4.096 V fixed reference in SOT-23-3
It is designed for precision ADC and DAC bias rails, sensor excitation, and general-purpose reference circuits where a stable, low-noise voltage is needed over temperature.
Temperature drift and noise floor
Low-frequency noise is specified at 53 µVp-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and 78 µVrms (10 Hz to 10 kHz), making it suitable for 12- to 14-bit data acquisition without an external filter.
Supply headroom and load drive
Input voltage range is 4.146 V to 5.5 V, so the reference needs at least 50 mV of headroom above the 4.096 V output. Output current is rated at 10 mA, enough to bias multiple ADC reference inputs or a small resistive divider chain. Quiescent supply current is 135 µA, which keeps the power budget lean in battery-operated designs.
