3.0 V fixed reference for precision bias and ADC/DAC rails
It is designed for precision analog circuits where a stable, low-noise bias rail is needed — think ADC reference inputs, DAC supply rails, or sensor excitation in industrial and automotive systems. That is enough margin for a 12-bit ADC reference without external trimming. Output noise is specified at 39 µVp-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and 57 µVrms (10 Hz to 10 kHz), so it is quiet enough for most precision data-acquisition chains without a post-filter stage.
Package and footprint — SOT-23-3 with standard pinout
Housed in a SOT-23-3 package (also listed as TO-236-3 / SC-59), the REF3130AIDBZT uses the standard three-pin series reference layout: input, ground, output. The 0.95 mm pin pitch and 2.9 mm body length fit easily on two-layer boards. The 135 µA quiescent current keeps self-heating negligible.
