Fixed 1.25 V series reference for precision bias
The REF3112AIDBZT from Texas Instruments is a fixed-output series voltage reference delivering 1.25 V with ±0.2% initial accuracy and a temperature coefficient of 20 ppm/°C. Its 10 mA output current can bias multiple ADC reference inputs or a DAC reference buffer without an external follower.
Low-frequency noise is specified at 17 µVp-p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz, critical for precision measurement chains where 1/f noise limits effective resolution.
Supply headroom and quiescent current
Quiescent supply current is 135 µA typical, making it viable for battery-powered instrumentation where every microamp counts.
Housed in a 3-pin SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface-mount package, it fits tight PCB layouts.
