Fixed 4.096 V reference for precision bias rails

Output noise is specified at 45 µVp-p over 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz and 128 µVrms over 10 Hz to 10 kHz. For a 12-bit ADC with a 4.096 V reference, the 45 µVp-p low-frequency noise corresponds to roughly 0.045 LSB — negligible for most acquisition chains. The 75 ppm/°C temperature coefficient means the output shifts about 0.3 mV over a 100°C swing, which a system calibration routine can absorb.
