2.5V fixed output, ±0.2% initial accuracy
Initial tolerance is ±0.2%, which sets the baseline accuracy for the downstream ADC or comparator threshold without external trim. Supply current is 50 µA typical, making this reference suitable for battery-powered or always-on circuits where the reference must stay powered between conversions.
Temperature drift and noise floor
Low-frequency noise is 28 µVp-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and 80 µVrms (10 Hz to 10 kHz). These figures matter when the reference feeds a precision ADC — the noise integrates into the conversion result and the drift shifts the full-scale endpoint across temperature.
Supply headroom and output drive
Maximum output current is 25 mA, enough to bias a handful of ADC reference inputs or a small resistive divider network.
Package and lifecycle
Housed in a SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3, SC-59).
