Product details

1.25V fixed reference — the ADC rail anchor

It operates from an input supply as low as 1.8V up to 5.5V, drawing only 50µA quiescent current while being able to source up to 25mA to the load — a good fit for precision ADC reference inputs or low-power sensor biasing.

Output noise is specified at 14µVp-p over 0.1Hz to 10Hz and 42µVrms over 10Hz to 10kHz — low enough to not limit a 12-bit ADC at 1.25V full scale, but worth checking if you're pushing 16-bit resolution.

SOT-23-3 package — board layout notes

Housed in a standard SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3 / SC-59) surface-mount package, the REF3012AIDBZR fits easily into compact mixed-signal layouts with a 0.95mm pin pitch.
