The 10 V minimum supply means this part cannot run on a single 5 V rail; it needs at least ±5 V dual supplies or a single 10 V+ rail. The 10 mA per-channel output current is enough to drive a 2 kΩ load to within a couple of volts of the rails, but not a 50 Ω transmission line or a power transistor base without a buffer.
