The PCM1807PW provides 24-bit resolution and 96k sampling rate over an SPI interface.
It will sit comfortably in a recording studio rack at room temperature, but it is also fine in outdoor broadcast gear, automotive cabin audio (not under-hood), or industrial equipment that lives in a conditioned enclosure. The 14-TSSOP package is surface-mount, so it goes through reflow — no socket, no field swap without a hot-air station. Keep that in mind if you are the person who has to replace it on site.
It is ROHS3 compliant, which clears the environmental requirements for most markets.
