AEC-Q100 Grade 1 — automotive temperature range and reliability screening
The OPA859QDSGRQ1: The JFET input stage holds input bias current to 0.5 pA typical — this matters in high-impedance sensor front-ends where the bias current error would otherwise dominate the offset voltage budget at elevated temperatures.
Differential output and supply flexibility
The differential output architecture drives ADCs with differential inputs directly, cancelling common-mode noise from the supply or ground bounce — the output common-mode voltage is set internally, so no external level-shifting resistor network is needed. Output current capability is 105 mA per channel — enough to drive a 50-ohm terminated transmission line or the input of a high-speed ADC without an additional buffer stage.
Package and board integration
Surface-mount assembly with tape-and-reel packaging (TR) supports automated pick-and-place; cut-tape (CT) quantities are available for prototyping or low-volume builds.
