Input offset and bias — DC accuracy considerations
Input offset voltage is 200 µV typical, input bias current is 9 µA. The 9 µA bias is high compared to JFET-input amplifiers (picoamp range), so source impedance matters.
Output drive and package constraints
Output current capability is 110 mA typical. The SOT-23-5 package limits thermal dissipation — at 110 mA into a heavy load, junction temperature rise must be checked against the 85°C ambient limit.
