Precision analog workhorse — Difet® input stage
The Texas Instruments OPA602AU is a single-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier built on the Difet® process — a dielectrically-isolated FET input that delivers a 2 pA input bias current and a 1 mV input offset voltage without the drift and noise of a bipolar front end. The 6.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 35 V/µs slew rate give it enough speed for fast ADC drivers, active filters, and photodiode transimpedance stages, while the 3 mA supply current keeps the power budget in check. The 8-SOIC package fits standard surface-mount layouts, and the -25°C to 85°C operating range covers most industrial and instrumentation environments.
Supply range and output drive
The OPA602AU operates from a single or dual supply spanning 10 V to 36 V total. Each output can source or sink 20 mA.
