Quad CMOS op-amp with rail-to-rail output and 7 MHz GBW
Supply range spans 3.5 V to 12 V, making it suitable for single 5 V or dual ±5 V rails.
The 7 MHz gain bandwidth product sets the small-signal bandwidth for a given closed-loop gain. At a gain of +1, the -3 dB bandwidth is approximately 7 MHz; at a gain of +10, it drops to about 700 kHz. The 10 V/µs slew rate determines the large-signal response — a 5 V output step slews in roughly 500 ns. For ADC driver or active filter stages, these numbers define the maximum throughput before distortion rises. Stack the error budget: the 1 pA input bias keeps DC errors negligible in high-impedance sensor interfaces, while the 1.5 mV input offset contributes the dominant DC error term unless nulled.
