Active quad op-amp for multi-channel signal conditioning
The Texas Instruments OPA4172IPW is a quad-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier in a 14-TSSOP surface-mount package.
Input bias current is 8 pA typical, and input offset voltage is 200 µV — low enough that a high-impedance sensor (e.g., a pH probe or piezoelectric accelerometer) does not see a significant DC error from the amplifier itself. The total supply current is 1.6 mA for all four channels (400 µA per channel), which keeps the thermal footprint small in a dense TSSOP layout without a dedicated heatsink.
Package and compliance
The tube delivery means the parts are shipped in anti-static tubes, not tape-and-reel — plan for pick-and-place feeder changeover if your line is set up for reel-fed only.
