The 1.7 V minimum supply span lets the OPA387DBVT run directly from a single-cell Li-ion battery down to its end-of-discharge voltage.
The 30 pA input bias current is low enough that a 10 kΩ source resistor contributes only 0.3 µV of additional offset — negligible in most designs, but worth checking if the source impedance climbs above 100 kΩ.
