350 kHz GBW — what the bandwidth buys you
At 350 kHz unity-gain bandwidth and 0.17 V/µs slew rate, this amplifier is sized for DC-to-audio-frequency signal conditioning: thermocouple amplification, strain-gauge bridges, battery-voltage monitoring, and low-speed active filters. The slew rate limits full-power bandwidth to roughly 5 kHz at 5 V output swing, so do not expect it to reproduce 20 kHz audio at full amplitude.
The rail-to-rail output stage lets the OPA347UA swing within millivolts of either supply rail, which is the difference between a 3.0 V ADC reading 90% of full scale versus 98% when the op-amp is the last gain stage. Supply range spans 2.3 V (two alkaline cells nearly depleted) to 5.5 V (the USB VBUS upper limit), so the same BOM line works across battery portable and 5 V industrial designs.
The 2 mV input offset voltage is the max across the full temperature range, not a typical at 25°C, so the error budget stays valid at the hot end.
