Slew rate and bandwidth — the practical limits
The 4.6 V/µs slew rate means you can swing a 2 Vpp signal up to about 365 kHz before slew-induced distortion sets in. For small-signal work, the 12.5 MHz GBW gives you a closed-loop bandwidth of 12.5 MHz at unity gain, scaling inversely with noise gain. If you're building a 100 kHz active filter or a 1 MHz transimpedance amplifier, this part has the speed margin without burning excessive supply current.
The 500 µV max input offset voltage (typical is lower) is adequate for general-purpose signal conditioning; if you need sub-100 µV offset, a precision amplifier like the OPAx188 family would be a better fit.
