The 150 MHz gain-bandwidth product is the small-signal figure — it tells you the open-loop gain drops to unity at 150 MHz. In practice, for a gain-of-10 stage the closed-loop bandwidth will be around 15 MHz, provided the feedback network keeps the phase margin stable. The 80 V/µs slew rate sets the large-signal limit: a 2 V peak-to-peak output step can swing in about 25 ns. That matters for pulse amplification, DAC output reconstruction, or any waveform where you cannot afford slew-induced distortion. The voltage-feedback topology gives you low input bias current (0.1 pA) and a clean input offset of 1 mV maximum — no need for external nulling in most precision applications.
