The OPA2992IDGKR is a dual general-purpose op-amp from Texas Instruments, packing 10.6 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 32 V/µs slew rate into an 8-VSSOP package. That combination means it cleanly amplifies signals up to a few hundred kilohertz without significant phase lag — think active filters, ADC front-end buffers, or sensor conditioning where you need both speed and precision. Rail-to-rail output with 65 mA per channel lets it drive low-impedance loads directly — a 600 Ω audio line or a 50 Ω test point — without an external buffer stage.
2.7 V to 40 V supply — one part for single or split rails
Supply span from 2.7 V to 40 V means this op-amp works on a single 3.3 V or 5 V rail, or on ±15 V supplies. No need to stock different variants for different board voltages — one BOM line covers both low-voltage portable gear and industrial ±15 V analog chains. Quiescent current is 2.4 mA per dual channel — not the lowest for battery gear, but reasonable for a 10 MHz part. The 10 pA input bias and 210 µV offset keep errors small in precision DC-coupled stages like thermocouple or strain-gauge amplifiers.
8-VSSOP package and temperature grade
