Supply current and thermal budget
Each channel draws 160 µA of supply current, keeping the total quiescent draw under 320 µA for the dual. This low quiescent current, combined with the 10 mA output drive per channel, makes the OPA2704UA/2K5 a fit for multichannel designs where power dissipation on the 8-SOIC package must be managed.
It is ROHS3 compliant, meeting current global environmental requirements without exemptions. For new designs or production builds, this part presents no imminent obsolescence risk.
