The OPA2652U carries an active lifecycle status per TI's product record, and it is ROHS3 compliant. No NRND or EOL notice is on file. The part is sourced through independent distribution — availability and current pricing are confirmed at quote time against an RFQ. For BOM freeze or second-source planning, the THS4215DRBT is a functional cross-reference if a single-channel 5 V supply works; otherwise, no pin-compatible dual drop-in exists in the same SpeedPlus family.
Package and mounting
Surface-mount 8-SOIC (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm). Standard SOIC-8 footprint; no thermal pad underneath, so power dissipation is through the leads and PCB copper. The tube shipment is fine for hand assembly or small reels; if you need tape-and-reel for automated pick-and-place, verify the reel option with your supplier before ordering.
