430 kHz GBW at 50 µA — the power budget trade-off
The OPA244UA/2K5: Combines a 430 kHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.16 V/µs slew rate with a quiescent supply current of 50 µA.
The 2.2 V minimum supply means this part operates through the full discharge curve of a single Li-ion cell down to its cutoff. The 36 V maximum covers 24 V nominal systems with margin for transients. The 10 nA input bias current is typical for a bipolar-input stage; designs with high source impedance (megaohm-range sensors) should budget for the voltage error this creates.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
