Dual CMOS op-amp for low-power signal chains
The Texas Instruments OPA2342UA/2K5 is a dual CMOS operational amplifier from the MicroAmplifier™ series, packaged in an 8-SOIC. It delivers a 1 MHz gain bandwidth product with a 1 V/µs slew rate, drawing just 150 µA per channel. The rail-to-rail output stage and 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply range make it a natural fit for single-supply, battery-powered sensor interfaces, portable instrumentation, and low-frequency signal conditioning where power budget is tight. Input bias current sits at 0.2 pA, so it won't load high-impedance sources like photodiodes or pH probes.
What the ratings mean for your BOM
The 1 MHz GBW and 1 V/µs slew rate suit audio-band and low-frequency control loops. The 150 µA per channel supply current keeps quiescent power low. Rail-to-rail output on a 2.7 V rail provides swing near the supply. The 0.2 pA input bias allows high-impedance feedback without offset errors.
