Precision zero-drift amplifier for DC-accurate signal chains
The Texas Instruments OPA2182ID is a dual-channel zero-drift operational amplifier in an 8-SOIC surface-mount package. Its key differentiator is a 0.45 µV input offset voltage — low enough to eliminate the need for external offset trimming in most precision DC measurement circuits. The rail-to-rail output stage swings within millivolts of the supply rails, preserving dynamic range in single-supply designs. With a 5 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 10 V/µs slew rate, this part handles sensor conditioning, bridge amplifiers, and data-acquisition front-ends that require both DC accuracy and moderate bandwidth. Supply range is 4.5 V to 36 V. Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C.
