Dual JFET op-amp with 220 µA per channel — the power-conscious analog front-end
The JFET input stage delivers 5 pA typical input bias current, making it suited for high-impedance sensor interfaces, photodiode amplifiers, and precision integrators where input loading must be minimized.
Supply range and quiescent current — sizing the rail and thermal budget
The 4.5 V to 36 V supply span covers single-supply 5 V and 12 V rails as well as split ±2.25 V to ±18 V supplies. Total quiescent current for both amplifiers is 440 µA typical, which keeps self-heating negligible in the 8-SOIC package even at elevated ambient temperatures. The 60 mA output current per channel provides enough drive for headphone amplifiers, line drivers, or ADC reference buffers without requiring an external buffer stage.
Lifecycle and procurement reality
ROHS3 compliant. For BOM planning, the active status means no supply discontinuity risk from impending obsolescence.
