Product details

Dual 10 MHz general-purpose op-amp in a 3x3 mm SON

The 1.6 mA quiescent supply per amplifier (both channels) keeps the power budget lean for multi-channel boards. Input bias current is 10 pA, so high-impedance sensor inputs won't see significant loading.

The pad is also the ground connection, so the PCB layout should match the datasheet's recommended land pattern.

Frequently asked questions

Is the OPA1688IDRGR rail-to-rail?

Yes, the output is rail-to-rail. The input common-mode range is not rail-to-rail — it extends 1.1 V below the positive rail at 3.3 V single supply, so high-side sensing at low voltages needs a different part.

Does OPA1688IDRGR have a direct replacement or equivalent?

It is not pin-compatible — the footprint differs.
