JFET input stage for high-impedance signal chains
The Texas Instruments OPA141AIDR is a single-channel JFET-input operational amplifier in an 8-SOIC package. Its 2 pA input bias current and 10 MHz gain-bandwidth product make it a fit for precision analog front-ends — photodiode transimpedance amplifiers, pH probe buffers, or charge amplifiers where the JFET input keeps leakage from corrupting the measurement. The rail-to-rail output swings to within millivolts of each supply rail, useful when driving a single-supply ADC input without an extra level-shift stage.
Operates from a single 4.5 V supply up to 36 V, or dual supplies. Quiescent current is 1.8 mA.
